Please be informed that hotel bookings through bnetwork online portal are exclusively for participants registered to Brand Licensing Europe 2025.

We reserve the right to cancel your reservation/s in case registration for the event has not been done.


Payment Policy:

Your credit card will be charged for the full stay before receiving your confirmation.
Important: You are authorizing bnetwork to charge the provided credit card as per the following cancellation policy.


Cancellation Policy

From confirmation until 3rd of July 2025, in case of cancellation of reservation no cancellation charges are applied.

From 4th of July 2025 to 4th of August 2025, in case of cancellation of reservation 50% of your total stay will be charged as administrative fees. Reduction of stay is permitted as long as the minimum stay is respected.

From 5th of August 2025 to 05th of September 2025, in case of cancellation of reservation 70% of your total stay will be charged as administrative fees. Reduction of stay is permitted as long as the minimum stay is respected.

From 6th of September 2025 to 22th of September 2025, in case of cancellation or reduction of stay, the participant will be charged 5% of the total stay reserved.

From 23th of September 2025, in case of cancellation or reduction of stay, the participant will be charged 100% of the total stay reserved.

Cancellations shall be communicated to bnetwork in writing via email at the following address: blehotels@bnetwork.com. Penalties may apply. Telephone cancellations are not accepted as valid.


Reservation Modification Changes: All reservation(s) modifications can be made through the website "My account" section at brandlicensingeu.bnetwork.com or in writing via email. Changes will be confirmed by bnetwork within 24 hours and are subject to availability.


Personal Information Protection: bnetwork complies with applicable data protection laws and regulations regarding collection, use, transfer, disclosure, retention, security, and destruction of “personal information” (P.I.) and “personally identifiable information”). bnetwork will only use P.I. that is provided by the company or directly by an individual solely to the extent necessary to perform its obligations under this Contract. bnetwork shall not employ the P.I. for bnetwork’s own purposes nor for the purposes of third parties. bnetwork shall not transfer data or P.I. to any third parties, except upon prior written approval of the company. By signing this contract, you confirm that you are entitled and have corresponding approval to disclose on behalf of a third-party data related to booking purposes (i.e. gender, email addresses, company of employment and accommodation details).
